Why a buyout offer is iminent.

We have a 38mm market cap. We have 60mm vaccine plant. We have a FDA trial complete blockbuster in MCNA. 400mm to 1.5b revenue. We have an 80mm?? tax loss which huge for any buyer with revenue. We have an MCNA manufacturing facility in Montreal. We have a head office in Belleville likely worth 5 to 6mm. We have Econiche (yes don't roll on the floor laughing- grits might still come into power and pull a rabbit out of the hat) We have Sin Susto human and its enormous market size. We have oncocidin adjuvant with its multi billion market potential. We have 10mm in cash. Brace yourselves....it coming.

Not a snowballs chance ! They will find some way to screw the small guy out of any chance of financial success here. Look at the past 10 year record. I feel a royal screwing is coming - not a buyout that benefits us.

That was our previous MANAGEMENT & BOARD. We had NO hope in H&LL with them. They were in it for the large pay checks, fancy cars, trips around the world all on our dime. JMHO

Wow, Beechy you gotta calm yourself. The vaccine plant may be worth $5M tops mostly as scrap. And we owe $25M on it to the Provincial and Federal Governments. You are right wrt 'brace yourselves', but not how you think. If we get FDA approval, the offers will be maybe at twice the present sp. Then guess what, a majority of shareholders will say yea. Then all of us peons will be lucky to ...more

Any guesses as to what will be done on the Urocidin front tomorrow?   I'll save you the suspense.   Nothing.   lol.    I thought the only thing we were taught at university was how to manage time under heavy workload. If the "workload" is enough to warrant this kind of delay, it must me one h3ll of a flawed process.  :) Eventually this treatment will ...more

Lorneg/ SWNE/ Nonuknuk whichever one you are using today... The vaccine plant may be worth much less than 60mm, however that is what it costs to build it. What is ends up being worth to a buyer has yet to be decided. My point is for a potential suitor with a vaccine business is, it is a nice value added bonus. As far as your valuation on approval. Give me a break. FDA approval would value us ...more

Beech.  I am using NoNukNuk today, tomorrow, yesterday and in the near future.  That is, unless I decide to change my alias to BeechNuts.  I do not know what Aliases Lorneg/SwNE will use in the future, past or present nor do I care. As for your comments about valuation.  I have no argument with your projections.  I have no crystal ball on the outcome of the many ...more

Swine, I think your $25m debt for the VMC is too high.  I recall the debt is slightly under $13m for the VMC.  This assumes that part of the debt which is repayable out of Econiche royalties does not have to be repaid. All this is based on my proforma calculations on debt.  Since the sale of animal health closed on April 15th, they have not yet published a clean version of what ...more
