I have a few questions for the regular followers. New and thinking of taking a position:

1. Is there any anlyst or banking coverage on the stock today? Are there any reports available because there isn't much independent info available on line at all?

2. Is the cash position 10 mil canadian or 18 mil canadian? I have found both numbers at various sources today and I know a financing is being worked on so I am looking at after financing cash.

3. Is a second Phase 3 trial required or is that to be determined? It sounds like it is not but that is not clear when researching.

4. Is the product licensed in Canada? Has it been turned down or not applied for yet?

5. Is Endo still the US partner?

6. Weird question, but what are the reasons for a 25 million dollar total valuation? The company just looks missed under the radar unless I am missing something.

There is no analyst coverage that I know of except for Sujan Lahiri's from seeking alpha today. As far as I know there is just over 15mm in cash after the financing. Burn is around 700k month. There doesn't have to be a phase 3b according to the FDA. We are waiting to find out if we get orphan status (one month) and special protocol (we find out upon submission Q1 calendar 2015) We are in

Hey Beech, you said, "We are in the midst of applying to health Canada but since the FDA decision they have decided to wait for FDA before they proceed with Canada." Is this something you heard from Bioniche? I don't remember seeing that anounced anywhere, maybe I missed it. Cheers, Tson99
