Instinet (US buy side for hedge fund and mutual funds) has 300k on bids and hitting the ask with impunity for a week (at least 7-8mm shares) now also has 20k on the offer. Let accumulate all we can and then play market maker to keep the price in check! Games have begun, and remember volume always proceeds price.
