Hello folks,

I am new to the board and took a flyer on this company many years ago and have really no idea how to tell if this company is just a joke or not. Can anyone show me another comapny that went through a similar exercise where it turned out okay for the shareholders in the long run? It just seems to me that if the company was unto something the share price wuld be a lot higher.

Sam, Pharmacyclics was bought by AbbVie last Friday for $21B.  They replaced the Board in Sept 2008, then the President in Feb 2009, entered a partnership with J&J in Dec 2011, got their first year of revenue in 2014, and sold in early 2015.  The share price in 2008 when they replaced the Board was so close to zero it is a line along the bottom of the graph.  They sold the ...more
