Am I Wrong?

Just started looking at this stock last Friday. Put in a buy order but cancelled it over the weekend. I couldn't find compelling information to buy. From my research, the phase 3 trial was suspended. It was difficult to find the actual study. It seemed to be a small study and was suspended due to lack of participants. If my information is correct... Why would the FDA approve a drug on the basis of a trial that had been suspended?

It sounds like you were looking at the 3B trial information which had a limited protocol and terminated due to that. The submission is primarily based on 3A.

I was tempted to open a position BUT on insider report; I see that the CEO and CFO owns only $44K each of their company.... NOT too impressive..... I prefer PLI.TO with the CEO having more than 30 Million Dollars at bat....

I agree that isn't impressive. I'm currently making good coin on Trillium Therapeutics

Thanks for your input on Trillium blockbuster. I doubled my money in five weeks, cashed in and I'm going back for more. Would like to do the same with Telesta but just need more solid info.

Thanks Jasl. I read the information. Pretty impressive milestone payments. I wonder what constitutes a milestone.

BB, there are many many pre clinical biotechs with many multiples of TST's market cap, which talks a lot to the Communication effort here. having said that I am pretty sure Reba is here to trash your stock. there is enough there if you make the effort. The problem is that no one knows to look. I am surprised how many thought he was sincere. That should tell you how few, even at this very late ...more

Actually I'm not here to trash the stock, I'm making an effort to find out information that allows me to have enough information to buy this stock. I, like everyone here, want to make money and I appreciate the links being sent so I can make an informed decision. So damnyankees, I can see where you're coming from but its not the case

Unfortunately betting on this CANCER treatment means also betting on the FDA and Health Canada.   I've seen what these people approve.   Monster Energy drinks and cigarettes.   Then they try and dissuade you from using them by putting a warning on the pack.   What a completely useless, time consuming, money-wasting effort.    Not ONE cigarette ad has resulted in ...more

Health Canada is so f'n ignorant and naive that they actually named the woman dying of cancer as "Barb Tarbox".   Alternatively, they could have called her "Barb with Chitty Genetics that mutate under stress caused from cigarettes"    Nope.  Tarbox must sound more alarming.  Haha

Their solution would be to up the tax, up the prices, and offset the costs associated with treating the pulmonary and heart disease along with the cancer.  Why?   BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW THE CURE.   The friggin treatments wouldn't cost an arm and a leg if you just ABOLISH the disease.    Nope.  Dunno how.   Awesome.   So legalize cigarettes and keep ...more

Phase 3A was completed. https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT00406068?term=urocidin&rank=1 Phase 3B was suspended due to lack of participants for Mitomycin ( chemo ) the comparison used against MCNA.

I've reviewed the link with the study Wussy. Thanks. Unfortunately I was unable to see any results, interactions or conclusion. I do see that a request was made for an extension on reporting the results. It would be good to see the report on the study with the results.
