10 days to a yes or no and the more recent maybe.
My money is on the yes.

My bet is also on YES, although it's not that easy to be too optimistic on our former corner store P OS.   With the hope this time it's different game altogether. Still can't believe that Santa is gone for good. Just kidding.   I guess just don't like the guy so much....

Santa and his Elves took this company to the brink a couple times, yes. But he did take Urocidin to Stage 3. Don't forget that. And one of his Elves, Mr Ford, is still here, and I think in the same position. Imagine the finance guy of a company taken to the financial precipice a couple times, a dept he was in charge of, and he maintained his position. Strange.  In Santa's defence, I ...more

santa earned  $ 426 000 on TST last year.  Not sure what he did.  TST left $28 million on the table with consanance.  Heck of a price to pay for a backup plan if they thought the submission was doable.

Like I said before, the treatment gave the company a Triple-A credit rating, and when they didn't go bust in 2007-2009, it was your queue to load up.   end of story.....

What would have been ULTRA STUPID, would have been to pull this company thru the economic collapse just to reject the treatment.    I did honestly think that they could be this kind of stupid at one point in time......
