txbioinv...I will private message as well. Thank you for stepping-up to the plate. One thought that may save you some time (and admit to not having read all your posts and responses yet).... If I understand correctly, you are turning-up the dial (or, turning on)...a "lobby" strategy. Hopefully Telesta has now thought about the need for this following the AdCom event/vote. To keep your work manageable... maybe you just want to create a petition (signed by shareholders) and send to Telesta. Let them figure out the best way to "professionally" execute this strategy (if already not started). Certainly Dr. O'Donnell and Dr. Kamat would have their ideas as would Endo (Dr. Gary Steinberg) and CERTAINLY a professional Lobby firm focused on the healthcare sector. On that point, re Lobby firm, and gets back to DamnYankees earlier post... as of Oct 31-15 the U.S. Heathcare sector companies had already spent about $180 million on lobbying efforts. We have a vested/ invested interest!!! On that note, I think a special webcast from Dr. Berendt is warranted sooner-than-later.

RGF, Don't hold your breath for a CC. The share price will be allowed to flail away aimlessly near all time lows (Cash as Euro Pac suggests). Once Options are in the bank, and holidays vacations are taken you can expect to hear something. If your head is screwed on straight and you follow the pinball you know this is a looooong way from being over. But beyond the 30, maybe 40 retailers who ...more
