New Phase III trial

We will assume 25% success rate for MCNA.

Score 1 = n, where 'n' represents the number of people who die as a direct result of NMIBC from Feb 2, 2016 until the end of the next MCNA Phase III trial.

Score 2 = the number of candidates who die as a direct result of MCNA treatment, until the end of the next MNCA Phase III trial.

If Score 1 >= Score 2 at the end of the match, then these people at the FDA should be fed to the wolves.   Because this is just phhhucking stupid and if THEIR LIVES were on the line, I'm sure they would also see the light.

how many PhDs do you suppose it takes to figure out that Score 1 will ALWAYS be higher than score 2?    Because the PHHUCCKING IDIOTS haven't figured it out yet.....

Actually, we don't have to set the constant at anything.  Let's let them determine how many people MCNA keeps disease free (15-35%).   Let the chips fall where they may......they should still be accountable for wasting human life.     So revised, we have p(n) now.   P is the % the multi-million dollar trial will find another answer to, times n, the amount of people ...more

I'm sure they had to rush on to the next topic of discussion because they are falling behind.  Something important.   Like a new anti-fungal for athletes foot perhaps.  They can push that kind of stuff thru pretty quick.    But if the treatment can save your life, "hold your horses!  How do we know it's SAFE!?!?" Wait, what's the alternative ...more

I called buyout of $400 mil Canadian earlier today.   Anything less than that, with this dollar, is a travesty.    If ENDO ends up with this, they will make a mint.   That can only explain what the fuss is about.   No other human being or group of human beings takes this long to do anything.    Can you imagine if these were the people involved in the space ...more

"How do we know the space shuttle is safe?"    Haha.  YOU DONT.  When you have a gawddamn goal in sight, YOU MAKE IT HAPPEN BECAUSE THE ALTERNATIVE IS COMPLETE FAILURE

How many various antidepressants and anti anxiety medications exist?    Just think about that.  How many?   Those tweak with neurotransmitters in YOUR BRAIN, and most people take them for a long long time.   Safe??  Who knows.   Probably not.   Is "ecstasy" safe?     how many various options do we have to treat this particular type of ...more

rgb! Brilliant observation. Those who ignore you really do miss your nuggets of simplistic genius.  That at is an infinitely painful equation. Hundreds, maybe thousands, will die between now and whenever, if ever, P3b is completed. No one would die as a result of choosing MCNA, in whatever capacity and under whatever circumstances it were administered. good night

I'm neither disputing or not disputing what you say below, but I'm assuming the FDA are much more experienced and educated when it comes to these things.
