will at that time confirm the timing and details of a management conference call to provide a corporate update.

I'm guessing the corporate update will rehash what we already know, with something added about the company pursuing strategies to best handle the situation. Just a guess though. Anyone else?

I am not sure we are going to get any more information or updates with financials other than the company is disappointed with FDA decision. That seems to be there response to all issues. They have never been concerned with shareholder value, so I don't see them starting now. They probably had offers to sell the company earlier but chose not to sell, they gambled and lost and we are all ...more

You have hit the nail on the head. Too bad for all of us bag holders. " They have never been concerned with shareholder value, so I don't see them starting now. " It seems that when ever we need to do any bargaining it's never from a position of strength. Is this by design maybe?

A second P3, that follows up on a small P3 that nearly saw approval, should be worth a substantial sum once the trial framework is in place. Reading through some notes, I believe that the CEO said, not long after he was hired, that the real value in the company lies in the P3b framework and whether it could attain fast track status.
