I read it. Not a whole lot we didn't know before other than Endo's 5% on future US sales. What did I miss?

We have a winner. Hard to hold meetings when your desk is in limbo, so awaiting confirmation that the move has been completed as the date is TBT.

I did note that they've set up a wholly-owned US subsidiary with 3 FT employees...didn't know that before. But we're still on hold until we get an update re: why the FDA moved the goalposts at the eleventh hour.
Comment by Frogger2 on Feb 12, 2016 4:42pm
That's a great question, the goal post did seem to move. There were good indicators that this was going to move through the approval process with at the very least a narrowed application. The biggest indicator to me was partnering with Ipsen, after the collasal failure of the Endo partnership I would expect the due diligence to be very thorough on the part of Ipsen. We also had analysts ...more

I hear you Frogger...all along they have claimed that-"We are working closely with the FDA"...pretty much meaning that they are on first name basis with each other...and then a letter comes in the mail...come on, are we that stupid! red

Telesta chose, as shareholders were told,  to forgo offers for sale and US partnership and proceed alone as a no name, featherweight, foreign microcap through the BLA process. No one had heard of them beforehand and no one has heard of them since. After the showing at Adcomm it was an easy NO. People that want to blame the FDA and suggest that they are crooked or corrupt might want to step ...more

DY: Welcome to the bag holders club. One step forward add cash two steps back and add a few side steps. We started out with 11,000,000 shares and where are we now 300,000,000, talk about dilution. But management still got paid. until they exercise their current options they shouldn't get any new cheap ones unless shareholders of record on February 1 2016 get some .10 warrants. Does that please ...more

Once TST is Ubiquotis everywhere but US/..and the standard for Bladder Cancer...which is imminent...companies like Biogen and Eli Lilley and Pfizer...to name a few...basically FDA approval, what would be perfect is if there is a bidding war amongst these Big Name Pharma to own MCNA. Every big Pharma will want to get it's MITTS on TST! The FDA works at a snails pace...I don't know Y...but ...more

Red: once upon a time in 1999 we had 11 million shares outstanding  today there are 300 million shares outstanding and our market cap is only double what it once was. Put the same money in PFE 16 years ago reinvest the dividends and your a lot better off. It has been one SNAFU after the other. we are in show me the money not trust me territory.

Fair enough HT! I understand we are show me the money mode...and the SNAFU of TST lingers on...My gut is telling me that Urocidin is going to be absolutely HUGE and it is disappointing Grahame and Berendt had to dilute so many shares but I think we can trust the board on delivering Great news!(in the future...sooner rather than later)... I am a glass half full kinda guy HT GLTAL red
