JPM was the person who posted the email response from Olds detailing the 4 possible responses from the FDA, including the worst case being the need for another P3. Seems credible enough and not out of the realm of possibility that a company familiar with MCNA would make a lowball play for it.

Abosolutly correct. I only this is being held at this price for a reason. I believe it is because there is a deal in the works. That my opinion. They don't want it to go down and they don't want it to rise

Has to be held long enough to issue millions of new Options at 10 cents. Once that NR is out, look for real news after that to propell the Stock Price. It would be ok with me if they were taking the Options instead of salary in these lean times, but to take both should be considered criminal. Buyout of the MCNA Brand and all that goes with it, will be around the 108mil price last

Who's "they"?  The price is determined by the market.   A share price, in my opinion, can't be dictated or forced at a certain price.  That's ridiculous...
