vega, you saw the last release. They are working on a letter and you will be updated in several months, or when the next 10 mil is burned. Whichever comes first. What more could they possibly say or do? "They have always done what they said they would" do sit tight. ENDO will be around to collect MCNA soon enough. JMHO. We should not be at all surprised what we are getting from TST management. This is just a continuation of failed results, ADCOM, CLR and now they need time to come up with a new plan for moving forward. Just like increasing shareholder value, a noble goal in 2015 and you know how that turned out.  We are sitting at 10 cents and these guys are holed up working on new plans and goals to

With their third straight reject from the FDA, orphan, Adcomm and now BLA, one would think that they'd get the hint that a backup plan might be necessary. The whole "disappointed" gig whenever the FDA makes a ruling has worn itself out. One of their 50+ employees (now on semi retired light duty)  must have clued  into this. Give the poor bug-ers a break. I don't think there are that many extra warm bodies sitting around doing nothing. If and when we sell the Belleville plant we will drop 3 payroll cheques. My only issue going forward is to insure there are no cheap options granted. With the exception of those lucky late comers most of us have an  ACB over .50 so my goal would be to say no options below .80
