INSIDER BUY - "Chairman steps up"

Very nice to see James Rae pick up 100K shares at .10

It is only a $10K spend, but surely a sign if "effort" from our distinguished board.

Thank you Mr.Rae!!

Classy move from a very classy organization!!

Nice to see.He must feel reasonably confident for the future.I don't think anybody want's to throw away 10 grand.I expect next week will finally see us advance from the .10 level with or without news. The market depth semed to improve on Fri.There didn't seem to be the 2-3 million sitting on the ask like there was earlier in the week...glta....

That would be like comparing one of us buying $100 worth of stock. I'm not sure what a chairman spending $10,000 is supposed to prove when the buyer probably has a financial worth totalling in the millions? Lets not forget on whose watch this company got to 10 cents.

I know what you mean dardani...15 000 dollars is chicken sh*t, but just the fact that they bought those shares....kinda tells me that there is something coming down the pike (news release, partner, buyout) something positive in other words sooner rather than later GLTAL red

I'd like to agree with you redatnight but I'm afraid I can't. Like I said I don't know what the purpose is of senior management buying up such a small quantity of stock? My guess is that they are more concerned about getting their options in the money since that is where they stand to make a significant gain. It might be too early to suggest this low level buying signals some big ...more

or maybe it is a CYA move to keep the $1M salary a little longer and quiet disgruntled investors.

Blarter, look at the chart on BNHLF ( that is Telesta correct?) rolling over and playing dead was the MO for 14/15. What makes you think 2016 will be any different? Burning 2-3 mil a month with nothing to operate takes some real ingenuity and staff will eventually tire of movie day and euchre marathons.

I know everybody is frustrated with the stock $ and the lack of management input and output, but these things have a way of working themselves out...I have said it before don't look at it day to day; more like month to month...God didn't put little green Telesta apples on this earth for it to put it's head in the sand and die...!!!!!!!red

I can almost guartantee it! We are (when we least expect it) going to get hit by a ton of bricks. Management right now is handcuffed(nothing is happening), can't report anything-but when we all least expect it booooom...news(and good news!) good luck to all! red

I sure hope you're right red...Just the trading patterns of the last few weeks have me thinking something big is about to happen...Hopefully it will be very positive...
Comment by specul8tor on Mar 05, 2016 11:26am
vega509 you may be right. The purchase could simply be done to try and show some kind of support to the stock. We will certainly know by this time next week if we are still at a dime....or less..
Comment by DamnYankees on Mar 05, 2016 12:24pm
Vega, I think that Telesta may have shut down. The website looks exactly as it did in the days after the BLA disaster. Lots of info in the upcoming PDUFA date of Feb 27th and talk of commercialization etc etc etc.Apparently of the 50+ full time staff no one can be bothered cleaning up the only portal of information shareholders ( who collectively lost 10s of millions) have to the company.
