Why does this stock keepy going up and down 0.5-1 cent?

I don't get it, news hasn't been released yet of where this company is going from here on out. Shouldn't the price stay the same and then go up or down after news or statements come out?

Kizzle, you hit the nail on the head. Until there is news the stock should trade at a 40% discount to cash with its Phase 3 asset valued at $0.00. Once the news comes out that confirms the remaining cash is at 9.5 cents Cdn per share the share price should then move to 5 cents. In case you are wondering, the Lost series marathon for  employees (excluding manufacturing, who now work from home)
