do you mind elaborating a little more on what this may indicate?

What this all means - everyone is now holding for May 9th - so set it and forget it - the boys have milked the cows dry....

They should announce the company has been put up for sale on May 9th.  I hope there is detail provided but I don't see any other way. I can't see a partner unless the partner pays for trials, in that case the partner may as well purchase. I would love to see Ispen buy this and keep the US rights and not pursue a trial. They get this approved and marketed in Europe first which will ...more

Expect the norm which is the absolute worst and then some, so yeah you should wake up any day now to hear that Ipsen has moved on. They are remarkeably adept at failing on behalf of shareholders at every conceivable turn. No reason for this trend not to continue. Yes of course they thought the BLA would succeed. Why else did this revenue devoid penny stock build a plant, hire a U.S. sales team and ...more

You seem extremely bitter.. Why? Instead of looking at the negative, may as well see the positive in this particular case. Sure, things didn't turn out the way we hoped. The positive is that it still will or can but requires patience. OR, company gets bought out at a higher SP than what we've seen lately. OR, a news release comes out causing SP to jump then sell on news. Being so negative ...more

Zantao, you misread me. I have been very consistent in telling other shareholders to expect the worst outcome on their behalf that can be conceived in fact worse than that, and the company has been very obliging in proving me right. After so much failure and destruction of shareholder value you would think that they could accidently stumble and fall backwards into something resembling a success ...more

So what do you wish to happen at this point, given the circumstances? I personally would like to see this bought out at a higher SP than what I bought (my average is now 12 cents). But realistically I don't see why the company would even be bought out. It doesn't make sense. So if not bought out, then I hope a partner comes sooner than expected

Z, tell me why someone would partner and what the deal would look like?
Comment by Zhantao on Apr 22, 2016 11:43pm
According to the news release, a partnership may be a possibility, among other possibilities.  I don't know why someone would partner and therefore, I'd have no idea what the deal would look like.  but what I'm saying is, given the circumstances, I would hope something good comes up soon in order to salvage this.

He concerns himself only with the company and their information.   Or what shareholders are doing.   NO ONE CARES.   The problem begins and ends with the FDA.   People here still think the problem is Telesta.   The only problem for these people is that Telesta holds the patents that they want.   For next to nothing.    NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.    The ...more
