Unless I'm supposed to read this NR in code, I don't

see where there is "bad" news as the ranters rant on about? Obviously they are seaking partners in the U.S to develope MCNA, that would be a give-in even if they plan to sell. To me, if I were to buy MCNA and it came with an existing partner in the u.s, I think that it is positive news. Shows they arent giving up on it and playing the odds. Im still holding storng here. Dilution? Someone metioned this before along with a consolidation. They have $44 million in cash... why would they dilute? Curiosity....   GLTA

They wouldnt want a u.s partner to share profits with. Why buy milk when you can get the cow for free.... another $100,000,000 to them is nothing over above there commitment. I see a buyout anyway, I think TST ...more

I agree, TST is probably trying to get their buyout from IPSEN.  The sticking point is the options at 33/34 cents (not checking exact amount, have better things to do).  Once those come in to play the buyout price increases by 10% or the 300 M shares actually go down in value due to dilution.  I would think it would be an easy sell at 20-25 cents a share.  The board is ...more
