I know it's frustrating to see the share price linger around this range for this long but soon enough this will pop. Could be a double from here. But if a buyout occurs I bet it will be anywhere from 4x to 7x where we are now. Jmo

I agree with your comments;  IMO: 2 possible scenarios: 1)  merger with a smaller US company: Possible reason for silence, to avoid drop in SP (share price), and more loss in their pocket (i.e. golden parachutes, options, ....) 2) Buyout by IPSEN. Can't understand why they don't anounce a negogiation going with IPSEN, this will boost the SP, to the level where management can

Not sure? I'm sure! There are no merger or buyout plans happening now. This lazy bunch are most likely spending their days on the golf course. There's money in the bank, they don't need to work. jmo

I highly doubt that.   Companies, especially publically traded ones, don't operate that way..
