Basically, taking away the cash and the fiscal incentive, we're sort of begging to give away 2 manufacturing plants and the entire MCNA platform. Such an insult and a monumental joke to me. I feel like we're being laughed at. Someone should send a copy of this deal to a few major biotechs and pharmas and I wouldn't be surprised getting an overbid of at least 2-3 times this one.
