Important document filed yesterday @ 2:35 on SEDAR
I think if they took the trouble to write this document ... acceptance is already established ... against any higher offers...................

They have been talking for 3 months. From Page 3 "Confidentiality Agreement" means the mutual confidentiality agreement dated as of May 18, 2016 between the Corporation and the Purchaser;

The document is in English . Read the document and made you an opinion .... I lost hope of having another offer :( Just my opinion .....

Why don't someone with knowledge on such agreement post whether or not Telesta can accept other offers. Alternatively, i would suggest contacting Telesta to clarify. JD

Thanks Dardani for posting this info now on Sedar. Did you read it??? Refer to section 5.3 para 1 (a). Actually read the two paragraphs. It was actually comforting albeit expected to read the last part of (a)......re: Superior Proposal..."that failure to engage in such discussions or negotiations would be inconsistent with its fiduciary duties;
