Wow those TST BOD are some badazz negotiators
Glad they held out to make sure they got some shareholder value..It must have sounded something like..Hey we have 42 million in cash..you give us 42 million and we will sign everything over to your name ,then give you back 42 million + the farm.. No ..How about you dont really give us 42 million..you can pump up your stock with a few NR's the same way we crashed ours and just give the minions a few shares it wont matter if they drop after the transaction..TST shareholders are used to it. Get ready for the PLI "pop n drop"
