Floating rate deal
If the deal had been fixed at 20.5 shares of TST for 1 share the
unwashed would be far less upset as that way part of the post uptick would
belong to us. As it is the only Aa covered were managements.
Just listened to Van Morrison "Been down so damn long" which pretty
much sums up our lot in life on this one.

This deal keeps getting better and better!!!! By the way, has anyone else been getting phone calls from people representing Telesta asking to make sure to vote? And to remember that the BOD unanimously recommended the deal?
