Considering that Dr. Cruz has repeatedly reiterated the fact that Novo only has two months in writing, after receiving the E1-INT final data,to make their decision........I'm gonna go with the fine Dr. on this one..........LOL
Even the last web-cast he was asked the same question by an analyst and he told him the same thing and in addition he confirmed his statement with whomever was sitting there with him to make a point.
Its a known fact hes been saying this......I really dont understand whats not to get about this. I've been posting this for months. I guess some people dont take in the web casts........their loss!!!!
Novo gets the results on June 8th then they would have 'til August 8th
togive confirmation on the $48 Million Question. They get them on June 1st like Dr. Cruz said and they'll have 'til August 1st...........Simple Concept really when you actually sit down and think about it!!!!
