RE: Share consolidation..........w7

RE: Share consolidation..........w7 Ya probably W7 I think you're right.........but I dont think it will be real soon. The Share Consolidation was discussed with GPP during the PP talks and was announced in the same NR as the PP announcement. Recall, I think it was myfundsarelow, was there for it and was able to talk to the boys and was told that the date for the SC and resulting US listing will be dependant on the timing of a few newsworthy events for best impact. Use your imagination. Also recall GPP has a Registration Rights Agreement (the only reporting shareholder to have one) with Transiton attached to the PP shares stating that..........Transition will ,if the shares are listed on the Nasdaq or any other exchange in the US, within 30 days file and maintain registration statement in the US so they may freely sell the shares on such exchange. If they time it right everything should go pretty smooth. Not for the non-savvy investor mind you. Nor for the weak stomached as well. I for one welcome the SC and resulting US listing. I'd love my investment to be marginable. Thats probably because of the size of my core position. Apparently 99.9% of the shareholders who voted at the special meeting do as well. The shareholders have spoken. Overwhelmingly to boot. There were only 500,000 shares voted against said SC.
