Fast Track Status for AZD-103.......it really is a very compelling development in the Alzheimers universe, AZD-103 I mean.
I guess the FDA thought so too when Fast Track Status was Granted and we accepted. We being Elan and Transition of course.
I like our positioning with the deal with Elan as well. 30% now and if in the future we want to increase our percentage we can by paying retroactively development costs. That my friends hedges Transitions risk with this project to the extent that we can see the Results before we invest Big time!!!
Wouldn't it be nice if we as shareholders could see the results for Phasell's lets say and then be able to buy in at Phasel valuations!!! That would be Sweet!!
Effectively as shareholders we will be along for the ride and will benefit from this in the future......theres many scenarios one could think of as a Biotech to take advantage of a deal like this. I'm pretty certain Dr. Cruz will figure it out.
