This is the part I really like.....being able to buy back retroactively a Higher Percentage of Participation AFTER seeing the Trial Data !!! Come to Pa-Pa ...........here it is as per Dr. Cruz.
---They have the option to Increase Transitions share of
Participation from the current 30% and THIS IS THEIR PLAN but they will not do it until they HAVE to do it....until they are Forced Contractually to do it.
