Why ask for a Halt when only announcing interim data and Novo had no intention of answering the 48 million question (or is it $85 million question now?)
Market Regulation services would have been involved in that decision as well. If it aint gonna move the stock over 10% either way a news release and conference call would be enough.
Dr. Cruz made no mistake.......many did make a mistake by selling after those results and not looking at the larger picture.
