Thanks for the clarification Polak.....it's nice to have someone posting Facts as they relate to Transition and The Boys efforts to increase shareholder value and increase awareness of the Co.
I think they're doing a good job even though I've complained a lot in the past about lack of announcements regarding the start of the various trials and updates on enrollment and the like........ It is now more than Crystal Clear the approach now being taken for Securing the Patents.
Anyone not on the same page should really read Dr. Andre Uddins Presentation Entitled "Intellectual Property" "What do Investors look for" In it he explains all the different Patents necessary to bring a drug to commercialization and at what steps in the regulatory process the patents are applied for. That and a lot of other goodies and a couple of Case Studies to boot.

1--Avoid Early Public Disclosure. File first then disclose.
2--Do Not publish Interim Results.
3--Research the market and technical Novelty of an invention before Patent Filing.
4--If you can not protect the Patent from Infringement, don't file.
5--File in the US FIRST.
