Well Transition is in the position of having ALL Their share (30% right now) of the costs of Clinical Trials for a BlockBuster Drug AZD-103 being paid for Completely with milestone payments from their partner Elan...........and then at the end of the day when Phasell Trials are completed, Transition can look at the Trial Data and make an election prior to the start of Phaselll to increase their rate of participation up to 50% and make a retroactive payment of trial costs to cover the increase.
Dr. Cruz, last webcast, said "THAT IS OUR PLAN" to increase their percentage "BUT NOT UNTIL WE ARE CONTRACTUALLY REQUIRED TO DO SO."
