RE: AZD-103

RE: AZD-103 It certainly isn't a hedge on AZD-103 winer.......Neuromedix was out of money and so.......out of time. They had brought it to the point that Phasel's clinicals could start but they couldn't advance it into clinicals without funding of some sort. They failed to raise the money. Look at who was running the show and you'll see why. Dr. Cruz picked the Co. up Before the receivers walked in the door. He must see the utility of the Drug to want to secure its ownership this way. Dr. Cruz was an insider to this drugs development and should realize its value and chances for success. The Glial Cell approach to successful therapys for Parkinsonism and Alzheimers and other similar diseases is cutting edge. Dr. Cruz sold all his 1.7 million shares in Neuromedix Privately prior to initiating buy-out talks to eliminate any Conflict of Interest. Cheap Buy IMO........Transition wins again........
