Interesting that RBC used such a Huge Discount Rate on the Alzheimers Platform of Potential BlockBuster "AZD-103" and by all means they should. Being in between Phasel and Phasell with the commitment from Elan up in the air right now. Man O Man thats HUGE though.....WOW! .........an you say HairCut......LOL!
Then they use the "Typical Discount Rate" for E1-INT that "they use with other Biotechs at similar stages of development". Furthermore they then show that if they had used the same discount rate for AZD-103 as they did for E1-INT (their "Typical Discount Rate") their Target would be....... $80.46. Yup Eighty Dollars and forty six cents.......No wonder they had to use a discount rate so HUGE!!
