Haven't read RBC Report yet......but the $10 mil milestone from Elan is due upon initiation of the Phasell. The $7.5 Mil from Elan for Upfront Payment is due within one year of Signing which is Sept.27 or something. So Total $17.5 Million coming soon for blockbuster AZD-103. The $10 mil however goes directly towards Transitions 30% share of the costs to run the Trials. The milestone payments to former Ellipsis shareholders is payable in transition shares. The $7.5 Mil should be 100% free and clear to throw into the Pile of Cash.
Like I said before if Transition extends the deadline for Novo look for an Expanded Agreemant. A Large Package Deal......who wouldn't want G1. I think winers right that Transition is in drivers seat this time!! Dr. Cruz wants performance guarantees not the foot dragging Novo displayed before with GLP1-INT.
