Wellington Increases Stake by 8.5 Mil Shares! Wellington filed recently that they backed the truck up to acquire another 8.457 Million shares of ELAN. They now hold over 46 Million Shares.......... Thats a 22% increase. It's all about the Alzheimers Therapies. We all know who Wellington is around here..........and how many shares they own of Transition. It's all about the Alzheimers ......
