ICAD gets AZD-103 Trial Results ........
At the Cowen Conference last week Elan stated that Nine (9) Abstracts for AZD103 for Alzheimers have been submitted to ICAD 2009( International Conference on Alzheimers Disease) to be held in Vienna Austria in July.
Finally the results from some pre-clinical studys and from the Phasel in Humans will be made public. IMO the reason for the wait is simply IP Protection.
Heres the Quote from Elan..........Menghis Bairu from Elan stated........" The third program that we have is the ELND005 . This is an Oral Anti-Aggregate Molecule. We completed enrollment in October 2008. The Phase Studys are progressing and Nine Abstracts have been submitted to ICAD and we will continue to expand awareness of the Pre-Clinical and Clinical Data."
Its about time they released the Data and some are looking upon this as a ' Coming Out Party' of sorts.
