He said he s got 3 reasons to sell:
first: the hedge in 2021 besides TV being bullish on zinc prices. He says he understands it as the company wants to protect itself. So what to say? He himself says that thats not a reason to sell the stock, nothing to add. Seeing zinc at 1.24 spot today one can easily imaging how GOOD that hedge was as zinc prices were and are volatile.
second: he said he was surprised by the equity offer. So? Did he want to be the only one to be informed before? :) And that it makes no sense, that if the company wants protection they d better hedge even more. He obviously hasnt even written the message of management about the reasons they need the money right now. It was NOT only for debt reduction, but for further investments in the FS for RP2 and maybe Caribou. So again: no reason
third he said he was again surprised by the company changing the equity offer: well: whats so bad about it? The stock price offered even went from 0.17 to 0.185 as demand was higher so dilution was minimal. Again: no reason.
I accept and respect everyone buying and selling. But doing a video for the public one really should think a little before speaking.
Even more so as some people not having the time to follow the company might take that for serious info
