RE:RE:RE:RP2TV doesn't have funding for RP2, nor could they get solo funding without horrendous financing costs (it would be pure equity, so you would kiss what's left of your share value goodbye), so let's hope they concentrate on debt so as to seem more appealing to potential partners. I don't know if RP2 is big enough for a sizable JV partner to appear.
