Out of no where you see big offers of stock on the board which are generally designed to shake the price down as genuine sellers especially ones with that size of holdings are not stupid enought to put it all out tthere and spook the market. If you are a genuine seller you leak it out gently over the day(s) and you certainly dont show what you have to sell. Quite the opposite occuring here.

The zinc market is tight tight tight. Would not be surprised to see an offer from Glencore in the near term.

An offer from Glencore is highly unlikely. They need the concentrate - they get it without the headaches of operating a mine/mill operation in Peru and another one in Canada. Those operations are small by their standards. Glencore cut 500,000 ton of their Zn production when the Zn price was soft, they pretty much have control over the market at the moment. The 500,000 ton production cut in 2016 can be brought back online at any time. TV is a good long term investment given the consistent results from Santander and potential to decrease costs at Caribou.
