I mean, I wouldn't expect them to be able to answer those questions in an email - they're clearly matters that need to be publicly announced.
The criticism I have of Trevali is their utter lack of care. There isn't even an apology for lack of information - simply "we're working on it".
Imagine if the same situation were facing a company like Tesla. You think investors would be tolerating lack of news for three months if Tesla were facing imminent bankrupcy?
