RE:salary

RE:salaryFor Miles 44 - do yourself a favour and read the latest 2020 Management Information Circular and in particular page 44 which states in part:
  1. CEO gets base $650K
  2. short term incentive pay of 100% of base - ie $650K
  3. long term incentive pay at 231% of base or another $1.5 million (and this latter one is through shares).
if you think this is not a gross fraud then you are either being paid to be silly or just niave.  Also look at the metrics as to when payout can occur...its too easy and this guy will walk away with an easy minimum of $1.5 million per year.  I know that this is probably trump change for you but as a long term executive and CEO I find this salary level and additional incentives ouright thievery...thievery of our money.  Look where the previous clowns got us to--on the verge of bankruptcy and us long term shareholders have virtually lost 80% of our investment and the share price is a joke.  Did the previous CEO's salary go down with share price?  Of course not!

Dont get me going on the number of CFOs that they have gone through.  Best thing that can happen is to have the whole lot resign and take TV and us shareholders out of our misery and fall into the hands of Glencore as this entire dumpster fire smells awful!

Oh yes ..if you want a real nice read, look at the termination provisions that apply to most of the senior executives.  You guessed it, minimum of 4 times base salary, plus, plus, plus.  If that is not highway robbery then I am a monkeys uncle.

Last point saw that ERNIEBALLS is back on the board and that is too bad as I had thought he had taken his depressing messages elsewhere..so welcoime back Ernie and hope you leave soon but this time make it for good.

Disgusting and the dumb get thrown in jail for stealing a banana at a grocery story to stave off starvation while the smart get hired on in these gigs, negotiate deals like the above and label it as good negotiating tactics and of course all supported by compensation consultants.
