RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Objective AnalysisHow did that work out during quarter 4? Production went down and AISC skyrocketed. Did they cut costs, manpower, transportation? The problem is that the lower production is due to lower grades. They still need to process the same amount of ore. They still need the manpower and materials to produce less zinc. How are fuel costs today compared to a year ago? What do materials cost today compared to a year ago. Now factor in a .10 increase in treatment charges beginning in quarter 1 and see what you come up with. TV now needs $2 zinc to have a successful year in 2022. Perkoa AISC was $1.36 for quarter 4 and treatment charges are expected to go up by .10. Production in 2022 is expected to average about the same as quarter 4. Most of the cash flow in 2022 needs to come from Perkoa. RP had a great 4th quarter. If the lead had been shipped they would have had an AISC of .83. The problem is that they produced 21M pounds of zinc in quarter 4 and they expect to produce 15M pounds per quarter in 2022. We saw what happened to AISC at Perkoa when production plunged. Soon we will find out what happens to AISC at RP when production plunges there.
