RE:Early Works ProgramInteresting point, but I see it differently. The early works will be of no value unless there is a financing package. Increasing the cash on hand or reducing debt will improve the financing options; spending the money won't. I once worked for a company that used everything they had to start building a mine, when full financing was not yet in place. Then the market turned against them, and they had to sell the project at a big loss.
