Perkoa It seems the company has said they have ordered machines to replace the damaged equipment at Perkoa. Must mean the restart is soon. I say that either 

Sell Perkoa for $50 M, close caribou and go hard on Rosh P 
or 
Reopen Perkoa , redo financing at 120M total , and start Rosh P 2023

Close Caribou or sell for anything
