More debt, more stock dilution, Wish they would just concentrate on being the FCF machine they have been held out to be, maximize profit and return it to shareholders , wti has been ~ 95+ for 6 months and only 25% of fcf at 55 wti being returned as a dividend . How much further down the road does the shareholder return can get kicked if they make this purchase.
