RE:Eric Nuttall getting bad reviews Nuttall's game is cumbersome. He talks companies up then sells them a few days later after he bids them up on Marketcall. He has been crusading for Tamarack all year despite the red flags being there and constant dilutions. He got the call dead wrong on natural gas yet refuses to admit his mistake and instead keeps doubling down on these junky names like TVE with hopes the retail bros will bid i up for him. Obviously the investor is better educated now.
Tamarack Valley is a no go for me. I consider the privates selling the smart money> Obviously the deal TVE did at $5+ was very intelligent for the privates who unloaded the shares and now they did a discounted bought deal despite trading at a "ridiculously low valuation."
Having Nuttall as the top shareholder also creates over hang on the stock as he is likely to turn to being a seller at some point in the near future. The fact this company struggles with attracting institutional interest is another red flag. Headwater has done a great job on that file.
