Thank you for your note. Companies have 10 days after month end to file on SEDI.ca with respect to share buybacks. Tamarack has updated our filing today on SEDI showing the repurchase of 2,227,800 shares, of which 1,500,000 shares have been cancelled (the variance represents the settlement lag time at month end between the repurchase in the market and the cancellation of the shares with our trustee).
