It shouldn't exist as it was overpriced then.  Hence why it's now .75c and dropping like a hot rock. High decline, super low reserves and a blah stock in the 20-40kpbd range (like Surge) that no-one wants to touch. This is in the 'steer clear' column for sure. Tamarack up the debt to get more reserves.
