Think it is likely Nuttall is dumping. Over 5,000,000 shares sold by RBC in cross trades with conditions since Sept. 12 when the deal broke. RBC was assigned 22% of the issued shares in latest deal so maybe Nutty dumping to buyback in at $3.75 or maybe he just wants out period as he knows the deal is screwy.   This co is just dumb and bad. They issued stock at 3.75 while buying back last
