Is it really buying or insiders getting all sorts of rewards. The CEO alone got more than half a million as if he is not getting paid or paid little. Buybacks will barely cover all this dilution.

Hello  Seppelt , just looking at your post , does that one line mean that  on March 18 Mr Schmidt was given almost half a million shares and these would have been created by the company erasing 4 or 5 days of company buybacks ?

There are more filings today, thus time for Directors. Unlike the officers, directors get Restricted Rights.   My point was that when someone posted here that there is insiders buying, and someone else commented that it is such a great thing, I double checked and found that recent filings show a lot of activity but none is buying in the open market.  How generous are these bonuses

Disagree Seppelt, While there are a lot of  distributions through stocks going on to compensate insiders. There are a number of purchases on the open market by them as well. One has only to click on the Insiders tab at the top of the page, and click the arrows on the left to expand for details on each transaction to verify this.. However, I like you feel there may be a little too much
