I am sure that land has value and arguably COVID probably increases its value as people are willing to move to the suburbs of Montreal from their small downtown appartments or condos.
That piece of property is ideally located and it will sell. The question is for how much $60, 80, 100M? And when 2021, 2022, 2023.
