Undervalue:

The number 1 reason NOT to own it is if you look close at the financials it appears that RAI with 80% ownership is unwilling to share fairly and honestly with his 20% minority shareholders.

Unless it's just a CRA tax fraud or tax avoidance scheme to reallocate assets and profits from and between the private JV partner's and the TWC public Co.

Ask the CFO and see what he has to say. He's expert at running Rai's books!
