Woodlands political
One of the prior yes votes for Woodlands, Deborah Placko is not running in November.
The political problems in Tammarac were not positive.
She, in a surprise move last fall appeared to change her tune and appeared critical of 13th floor.
Tammarac council is bizarrely dysfunctional.
I do not consider Woodlands to be critical, probably worth 75 cents to a dollar. The course is not open, does not cost much.
I think a nice development wins over weeds in the end.
They do however need a wholesale change in council.
